This Island themed restaurant and bar has an ambiance that makes you feel like royalty.  With cabanas lining the entire outside area, you won't be able to stop yourself from ordering bottle service (bottles are actually quite reasonably priced, by the way).  The food consists of some very creative and delicious family style dishes and appetizers.  But straight men beware, this stylish bar turns gay after the dinner crowd starts to clear out. Also, this joint features one of the best martini selections in San Diego.  The Lei Lounge will even donate some of the proceeds from certain martinis to charity upon purchase, so drink up!
