This bar is always busy during the weekends and you can be sure there will be a line to wait in if you dont get there by 9 30 or earlier. Great place to party, meet randoms, and have a good time. If you plan on bar hopping in P.B this is a good place to start.

Moondoggies has a prime location on Garnet Avenue just 1/2 block from Mission Blvd.  This joint tends to be a right of passage for any newly 21 San Diego local.  Not to mention the simple fact that you can get absolutely wasted for $20 on weekdays.  Arrive before 10pm if you wanna beat the line Thurs-Sat.
