On any given night of the week this PB dive bar is busy with thirsty locals that know where to get the stiffest cocktails in town. On those random nights when you and a buddy or two just feel like boozing, Open Bar is the most social bar to hit for cocktails, beers, and pool tables and is usually the only thing going on Monday nights at the beach.
