My mom used to go to the Pennant. That was 30 years ago. It's still a hot spot, but only serious drinkers should enter. It's dark, seedy, and made for gettin' creepy in the corner with a little babe. Plus, the barkeep with big boobs and no ass is fun to look at, even if she's a total bitch most times.

If your solely interested in doing some serious boozing in a dive bar, the Pennant is the joint for you. Drinks are typical dive bar prices and there are always locals sitting at the bar. Thursday is definitely the best night of the week because the place gets packed with USD girls. Any other night, this bar just catches the overflow from The Beachcomber (next door)
