Sinbad Cafe is the only Hookah Bar in Pacific Beach and is one of the only of its kind to serve beer and wine!  Although this hookah bar is not restricted to 21+ only, be careful late on weekends as this place will fill up with local bar flies leaving the bars on Garnet. $5 cover on busy nights.  Open until 4am.
