Fun place. Music rocks and the vibe is different every night. The place is a little small but that's what gives it a personal, local feel.

This is place is one you will never forget. Not because it has golden walls, hot chicks, and great music, but because it's the exact opposite. A great place friends looking for a relaxing, casual night. Seriously, you'll walk in to the karaoke music and say to yourself, "weird and lame", but after a couple cocktails (which are the strongest anywhere, trust me) you'll find yourself grooving to 80's karaoke song and all the hits nobody knows you love. Before you know it your drunk as a skunk and ready to take on the stage. You'll go home remembering this night (for the better or worse).

A great place to start the night downtown. Good food and awesome vibe. Huge place with every room is a different cultural theme. Dance music upstairs and 80's music downstairs. It will take you a hour just to actually party and dance in all the rooms. A little expensive but hey, its downtown, what do you expect.

Decos sucks my nutz. The drinks are expensive and the bouncers have meathead syndrome. They beat the shit out of me because their bartender sold a friend of mine cocaine (who presumed to do some in club). He was kicked out having his wrist fractured and bruised. Then two hours later, I was leaving and I emphasize leaving having no idea what happened to my friend. They grabbed me, slammed me to the ground, and handcuffed me. They ripped my expensive shirt and nice slacks. My neck was bruised and so was my ego. I WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I DID NOT DO COCAINE THAT NIGHT NOR DID I HAVE ANY IDEA THAT ANYONE WAS DOING SO. The beachcomber is pretty fun. Obviously a dive but a blast for a a group of guys looking for some easy women or if your feeling saucy their is always the option of going home with one of the cougars on the prowl. Honestly, I lived next to the beachcomber three years. I had ok times, great times, and one absolutely amazing experience, but I've never had a bad time.

The tap room is ok. The food is iffy and the beers (a lot of drafts) really weren't that good in my opinion. But go for yourself and see if you go back there when Longboards and Cabo Cantina are just a few blocks away.

Longboards is my absolute favorite bar in Pacific Beach and up there with the Sandbar as the best bar in the beach area. The staff is awesome, prices are more than reasonable, the vibe is great. You can dance on the floor or sit and chill in the booths. Reggae sundays run the sunday night scene. if its sunday night, dont even bother going anywhere else. Devastors play two reggae sets and they have $2 red stripes. The crowd is the local stoners. NO fights, and no confrontation = an amazing experience! YEAH! Viva Bob.

Very cool looking spot. One of the most chic, cool places downtown. Expensive a litte, but somewhere everyone should go at least once. Get thereby 10:30 or your screwed.

OK venue, but don't go unless a band is playin. Even then, the sound quality is iffy, so be sure to be swashbuckling drunk.
