Yes, you can hang with the douchbags (and the girls who love them) after 11 PM on weekends. But I prefer my Sandbar before they move out the tables for the nighttime crowd, especially on Sunday mornings. There's no better place than Sandbar to nurse a hangover with some Margi's, some decktop sun, and a huevos rancheros (slip the cooks and pretty waitresse a five-spot and they'll make it for ya).

My mom used to go to the Pennant. That was 30 years ago. It's still a hot spot, but only serious drinkers should enter. It's dark, seedy, and made for gettin' creepy in the corner with a little babe. Plus, the barkeep with big boobs and no ass is fun to look at, even if she's a total bitch most times.

Go here. Not exactly a lounge, but probably one of the best spots in PB. If lines got you frustrated and you don't like hooka bars, head here to drink an Imperial (this spot has a sister-bar in Costa Rica) and meet some normal people.
